Mindful Relationships

Mindful Relationships is about prioritizing your relationships – with your family, friends, community and yourself. Humans are a social species and we are hardwired to need strong connections with each other to live a happy and meaningful life. So often it seems that our relationships become a point of stress or conflict that cause us to turn away from each other but this is the exact opposite of what we need. What we need is a sense of belonging, to show up for each other and be compassionate to one another.
