Mindful Money

Mindful Money is about knowing how much money is enough to live your life best lived. It feels a little cheap to put money on this list, but that is because in our society the message we so often receive is one that is focused on amassing as much money as is humanly possible to buy more stuff to show other humans how successful and perfect we are. That is not mindful money. The truth is we need enough money to put a roof over our heads, food in our bellies and clothes on our back, and if we are fortunate, we have enough extra cash for a few wants that are important for us (for me that includes plane tickets and concert tickets). Getting clear on what’s important to you will set you free from the money worries that dominate our culture.
