Mindful Health is about making your health an actual priority, not something you try to squeeze in if the demands of your workday allow it. It is about prioritizing your physical health – largely through exercise, good food and enough rest – and about prioritizing your mental health – largely through meditation to cultivate calm, awareness and compassion. If you don’t have your health, you don’t have anything.
